• I first heard of Ben last year and didn't initially think I would need his services. Most of my customers were good payers and besides I had a good knowledge of credit control or so I thought... Last year I had a customer who was normally OK and when I rang up to ask for payment said all the right things. Despite my best efforts and eventually a 7 day letter he simply didn't pay up. The invoice wasn't huge but it had been outstanding for some 7 months. Back in December and out of total frustration I sought Ben's help. Good to say that within a couple of weeks the cheque arrived in the post on Christmas Eve. I'm not sure what he did but it worked and I was genuinely pleased with the results. I will also probably be able to work with this client in the future and retain business (although they will be invoiced in advance). If you have customers who are keeping your cash flow tight but you also don't want to lose their custom it may well be worth giving Ben a try.
