Aged debt reporting and updates
For smaller businesses we can create and manage the aged debt report.
This is ideal when a Business Owner or Finance Director has a requirement to have produced management information (MI) on either all or selected customer accounts usually on a month by month basis.
Sometimes the person responsible for credit control does not have the skills, knowledge or time to produce this, themselves.
(Please note) Only available for accounting packages that can run and export an aged debt summary to Microsoft Excel.
There is a one off fixed price charge for designing or amending an aged debt report and a small additional charge for any aged debt updates thereafter.

Training
This is ideal if a business has a requirement to improve aged debtors but would prefer to use resources already in place within the company.
For example
A general assistant may be responsible for contacting and chasing up payment but is unsure of the best approach or would like additional advice on how to approach a customer in an effective polite manner.
