The Founder
I have worked within the Credit Control Industry for over 10 years. The vast majority of my experience is working within medium-large business enterprises with a turnover in excess of £5 million broken down into the following industries,

I have a strong Academic background in business which includes an FDA degree completed in 2004.
On completion of this I decided to take some time out and travel as I was unsure which career path to head down.
While travelling I carried out a few short-term assignments based over in Australia and had a high degree of success working within the Credit department of some large Plc’s organisations.
It was carrying out these assignments that I came up with the idea of starting up the business. I thought that, if I am able to work successfully overseas then surely my skills and approaches must be strong and can be applied to most businesses back home.
Credit Control Services was born.
The aim is to offer outsourced services to businesses with a requirement to improve areas of running their day to day credit control function.
My passion is Credit Control and I gain satisfaction and pleasure working through sales ledgers, clearing up queries, resolving problems and arranging payments.
My vision is to help other businesses that need to reduce risk, cut costs and save time. I believe Credit Control is not just about receiving payment from a customer, but is a business tool that will help improve the efficiency within that business.
